Hotels.com, a leading online accommodation reservation website, today launched the “My Free Night” campaign to showcase the utility of free nights earned through Welcome Rewards, the company’s loyalty program.
Hotels.com will give away a free hotel night every day through the end of the year. The campaign encourages travellers to share how they enjoy their free time – whether it be free of obligations or free of cost – through TV creative, viral video, and social media.
The latest Hotels.com TV creative, “Love Everyone,” is the center of the campaign and features a character that is faced with the difficult decision of choosing just one hotel among several great options.
The character ultimately chooses all of them through Welcome Rewards, which allows members to collect and redeem nights at over 85,000 hotel properties around the world.
For the next 120 days, all Welcome Rewards members – both established and new – in the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec) are automatically entered to win daily drawings for a free hotel night valued at $200.
The 0:30 spot ends by encouraging viewers to join the social conversation with the #MyFreeNight social hashtag.
Hotels.com will host ongoing promotions and chats on its @hotelsdotcomca Twitter handle throughout the campaign and ask followers to share photos that illustrate how they enjoy spending a free night – be it a night free from responsibilities or a free reward night in their favourite city.
