Social networking company Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) that went public with its IPO in May, today announced that the company’s second quarter 2012 financial results will be released after market close on Thursday, July 26.
Facebook will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET the same day.
The live webcast can be accessed at the Facebook Investor Relations website at http://investor.fb.com/, along with the company’s earnings press release, financial tables and accompanying slide presentation.

Following the call, a replay of the webcast will be available at the same website, said a statement from Facebook.
