Dream Sweeps for Real Estate Agents on Facebook

A developer of real estate-centric applications on Facebook, N-Play, announced Wednesday it has launched out of beta, a turnkey sweepstakes service called Dream Sweeps for real estate agents.

The new service adds a home-themed sweepstakes contest to each agent’s Facebook business page personalized to the agent. It aims to increase page traffic and visitor engagement resulting in new prospects.

Each month throughout the year, a new themed Dream Sweeps contest is automatically launched on the agent’s fangate page to keep the contest fresh, interesting and trending, says the company.

Prizes ranging from $500 to $1,000 are awarded monthly to the winning contestants by N-Play on behalf of the agent. Prizes, drawings, sweeps management and logistics are all handled by the company as part of the turnkey service.

Since beta launch in September, according to N-Play, 450 agents are using the service. The cost of the service is $29.95 for 3 months or $49.95 for 6 months. Available in the U.S. only, Dream Sweeps complies with all federal and state regulations governing sweepstakes, says the company.

To help promote the contest, posts announcing Dream Sweeps appear several times during the month on the agent’s page. These posts are auto-synced to the drawing deadline encouraging fans to register for the sweeps.

Fans can enter multiple times each month thus improving their chances of winning and increasing visits to the agent’s page. Each sweepstakes entry extends the agent’s social reach to the fan’s friends — thereby exponentially expanding the agent’s potential lead opportunities.

Agents can further promote their Dream Sweeps fangate in their local market via ad campaigns on Facebook. Dream Sweeps promotional ads are now available via READ ADvantage, the company’s self-serve advertising service for Facebook.

Ads draw visitors to the fangate page where they register for the contest and become new prospects for the agent. Contestant information is accessed in real time inside the Dream Sweeps app where the agent can view who and on what date each visitor entered the contest.

The agent can message contestants via built-in Facebook messaging or export the entire entry list to a .csv file for other marketing initiatives.
