As enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence continues to accelerate, OpenAI has announced the appointment of Dali Rajic as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Rajic will be responsible for leading the company’s global revenue organization at a pivotal moment in its growth trajectory.

OpenAI’s expansion has reached significant milestones over the past year. The company now serves more than one billion weekly active users and has doubled its enterprise footprint to include over two million businesses. To manage this scale, Rajic is tasked with building a robust “revenue operating system” designed for a future where AI models fundamentally change how companies are built and operated.

Rapid Growth: OpenAI’s enterprise reach has doubled in just one year, now serving more than two million businesses globally.

Rajic joins OpenAI with an extensive background in scaling high-growth technology firms. He most recently served as President and COO of Wiz (recently acquired by Google) and previously held executive leadership roles at Zscaler and AppDynamics. His expertise in running disciplined, metrics-led organizations is expected to drive OpenAI’s customer-focused execution as it moves into its next phase of development.

Leadership for the AI Era: Dali Rajic joins OpenAI to build the “revenue operating system” required for the next generation of AI models.

Rajic succeeds Denise Dresser, who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities. OpenAI credited Dresser with establishing the commercial foundation and team structure that allowed the business to reach its current scale. She will remain with the company for a transition period to ensure continued support for major customers.

In a move to further bolster its commercial capabilities, OpenAI also announced a strategic partnership with Chad Peets and RPT Partners. This collaboration aims to assist in building a world-class go-to-market team to support OpenAI’s mission of making AI more capable, affordable, and broadly useful for global enterprises.
