As digital technology will eliminate the need for physical interactions between citizens and DDA officials, it will help check corruption in the department responsible for local urban development.

In the new roadmap to embrace technology, DDA will digitalize all its activities related to land disposal, housing, land management, financial matters, sports, personnel, and others.

According to a government statement, the DDA will also revamp its online portal to handle public grievances with minimal human interface.
