NQ Mobile Hires Conrad Edwards, Victoria Repice

NQ Mobile (NYSE: NQ), a leading provider of mobile Internet services, says it has made two senior additions to the NQ Mobile family.

The hires include Conrad Edwards, to the newly created position of Chief Experience Officer and GM, International Marketing, and Victoria Repice, to the position of Senior Director of Product Management.

As Chief Experience Officer for NQ Mobile, Conrad will be responsible for driving user experience, leading international marketing initiatives, and directing next-generation product innovation and development.

Conrad joins the NQ Mobile team from Samsung Mobile, where he served as a senior executive charged with building and leading a team focused on next-generation design and technology experiences. Prior to Samsung, Conrad led the Experience Engineering and Interactive Media organizations at Motorola Mobility.

As Senior Director of Product Management, Victoria (pictured above) will provide key product marketing leadership; developing consumer-centric programs that encourage mobile users to adopt NQ Mobile’s security and privacy solutions.

Victoria joins NQ Mobile from Samsung Mobile, where she served as an executive in charge of Product Marketing & Operations for Content & Services. At Samsung Mobile, Victoria was responsible for product management and operations of consumer applications and services for Samsung smartphone users in the US.

Prior to joining Samsung, Victoria served as Senior Director of Product Management at Barnes & Noble, where she was a key contributor in building up the NOOK ecosystem and bringing products such as NOOK and NOOKColor to market.

The announcement was made today, May 1.

NQ Mobile headquarters are co-located in Beijing, China and Dallas, TX, USA.
