HP Reimagines the Future of Work with AI-Driven Collaboration Solutions

During the InfoComm 2026 event in Las Vegas, HP Inc. showcased a major expansion of its collaboration portfolio, focusing on the shift toward “agentic” ways of working where hardware and software work in tandem to optimize productivity. Central to this announcement is the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), which now integrates HP Poly Lens and WXP Collaboration (formerly Vyopta) to provide a “single pane of glass” for managing compute, print, and meeting room environments.

Next-Generation Video and Compute Solutions

HP is future-proofing meeting spaces with the HP Poly Studio Room Compute, the first collaboration engine powered by third-generation Intel Core Ultra processors with integrated NPUs. These devices, including the Poly Studio 5 and 7, are designed for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, featuring color-coded ports and magnetic mounting for streamlined deployment. To further enhance the visual experience, HP Poly VideoOS 5.1 introduces Poly DirectorAI multi-camera technology, which intelligently switches camera views to keep remote participants engaged with those in the room.

Advanced Audio and Productivity Hardware

For individual productivity, HP introduced the HP Poly Focus 6 Series Bluetooth headsets. These headsets feature Acoustic Fence 2.0 and hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC), delivering up to 25 hours of talk time while meeting rigorous TCO 10 sustainability certifications. Additionally, HP debuted the HP Collaboration Keyboard, recognized as the world’s first programmable wireless keyboard with adjustable tilt specifically designed for collaboration, featuring dedicated keys for muting, camera control, and screen sharing.

Expert Perspectives

“Organizations don’t want more tools. They want to adopt intelligent collaboration solutions that not only deliver reliable meeting experiences, but that are easier to deploy, manage, and scale,” stated Carles Farre, Division President, HP Collaboration Solutions.

Amy Loomis, Group Vice President of Workplace Solutions at IDC, noted that HP is “turning isolated device data into organizational insights, improving operational efficiencies, and setting a new standard for the way work gets done.”
