As small and medium businesses (SMBs) are struggling to survive during the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis, they need to revamp their technology deployment and marketing models to face the evolving market realities.
It will be extremely difficult for those smaller businesses to make a comeback which are solely dependent on government dole. They must realize that most financial relief packages for SMBs announced by the governments in different parts of the world are extremely complex. In some cases, they will simply ruin the businesses particularly in the absence of consumer demand.
