Samsung Unveils 2026 Odyssey Lineup Featuring World-First 6K 3D and 1,040Hz Displays
The company aims to maintain its top position for the seventh consecutive year with these new releases. The entire 2026 Odyssey lineup will be available for public demonstration at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6-9.

Samsung Electronics has officially introduced its 2026 Odyssey gaming monitor lineup, debuting five new models that push the industry’s limits for resolution and speed. The new series is headlined by the world’s first glasses-free 3D 6K display and a high-speed model reaching a record-breaking 1,040Hz refresh rate.
Next-Generation 3D and High-Speed Performance
The flagship Odyssey 3D (G90XH) is a 32-inch monitor that delivers a 6K resolution and a glasses-free 3D experience. Utilizing real-time eye tracking, the display adjusts depth and perspective based on the user’s position to create a three-dimensional effect without the need for a headset. It features a 165Hz refresh rate that can be boosted to 330Hz in Dual Mode.
For competitive players, the 27-inch Odyssey G6 (G60H) introduces the world’s first 1,040Hz refresh rate when operating in HD resolution. For standard play, it provides a native 600Hz refresh rate at QHD resolution, offering extreme motion clarity for esports.
Expanded Odyssey G8 Series
Samsung is also expanding its Odyssey G8 line with three distinct high-resolution options:
- G80HS: A 32-inch model recognized as the industry’s first 6K gaming monitor, supporting up to 330Hz in Dual Mode.
- G80HF: A 27-inch 5K monitor that offers a native 180Hz refresh rate, boosting to 360Hz in QHD mode.
- G80SH: A 32-inch 4K QD-OLED display featuring a 240Hz refresh rate, Glare Free technology, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification.
Market Leadership and CES 2026
According to IDC, Samsung currently leads the global gaming monitor market with an 18.8% revenue share for displays with refresh rates above 144Hz. The company aims to maintain its top position for the seventh consecutive year with these new releases.
