SEOUL, Jan. 26, 2026 — LG Electronics (LG) has announced it will unveil its latest LG MAGNIT Micro LED display (LMPB model) at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 exhibition. Scheduled for February 3–6 in Barcelona, Spain, the event will showcase LG’s newest ultra-high-definition solution, which is designed to provide differentiated value for B2B customers in large-scale commercial environments.
The name LG MAGNIT is a portmanteau of “magnificent” and “nit,” the unit of luminance, emphasizing the display’s high brightness and visual performance. This new model is specifically engineered for expansive spaces such as auditoriums, premium retail locations, broadcast studios, and control rooms.
Innovation in Reliability and Visuals: A standout feature of the new LG MAGNIT is the application of Line-to-Dot (LTD) technology. While conventional LED displays often suffer from a single pixel defect impacting an entire line of light sources, LG’s LTD technology ensures that defects remain isolated to a single dot. This advancement minimizes visual disruptions and provides a more seamless and comfortable viewing experience for users.
To further enhance picture quality, the display utilizes a specialized black coating. This coating allows the screen to achieve deeper blacks and sharper color accuracy than traditional LED displays while doubling as a protective barrier against moisture, dust, and external impacts.
Simplified Installation and Scalability: LG has also focused on operational efficiency through a patented front-access alignment technology. Traditionally, installers had to adjust cabinet alignment from the rear and verify the results from the front; however, this new system allows for fine adjustments directly from the front, significantly reducing the time required to set up large-scale screens.
The display’s infinitely scalable design allows LED cabinets to connect like building blocks. Furthermore, the system uniquely supports long-distance installation, allowing controllers to be placed up to 10 kilometers away from the cabinets via optical fiber cables. This capability enables centralized management of multiple displays from a single remote control room.
Industry Leadership: “The new LG MAGNIT display integrates a range of differentiated capabilities designed to deliver the immersive viewing experiences and operational reliability our B2B customers are seeking,” stated Nicolas Min, head of the Information Display Business at the LG Media Entertainment Solution Company. He noted that the product reinforces LG’s commitment to setting new standards in the commercial display market through continuous innovation.
