Budweiser, an American-style lager, released Wednesday “Half of Me”, a new short-form digital documentary with Rihanna on BudweiserMusic.com.
The documentary is the next installment of the brand’s global “Made for Music” initiative.
It celebrates the artists, makers and creators that leave an indelible mark on pop culture and the spirit that drives them to greatness, bringing the inspirational power of music to fans around the world.
Drawing on this theme, “Half of Me” portrays the role and influence Rihanna has on her fans and how her music truly brings them together as a community, said Budweiser.
“Half of Me” is a documentary that takes the viewer behind the scenes with Rihanna as she travels the globe on her Diamonds World Tour.
It reveals the full picture as the story unfolds from two perspectives: those of both the fan and the performer. Viewers experience each show from the artist’s perspective and from the fan’s perspective.
“The Budweiser Half of Me documentary is a true picture of behind the scenes of my Diamonds World Tour. It not only tells the story from my eyes but also in the eyes of my fans,” says Rihanna.
“One of my favorite parts of traveling is being able to communicate with my amazing fans directly. I am totally connected with my navy; it doesn’t matter where in the world they are.”
